Gabriel Boudier, a historic distiller founded in 1874 and named after its visionary founder, is celebrated worldwide for its exceptional fruit creams and liqueurs. With over a century of savoir-faire, this esteemed house has become a cornerstone in the world of mixology.

Renowned for its unparalleled distillation techniques, Gabriel Boudier offers an impressive range of multi-awarded liqueurs. Among these, the iconic Blackcurrant Cream is a key ingredient in the beloved Kir cocktail (combining white Burgundy wine with crème de cassis) and its luxurious variation, the Royal Kir, which pairs the liqueur with Champagne.

Beyond its expertise in fruit maceration, Gabriel Boudier has revived another hidden treasure from its archives. Drawing inspiration from a historical gin recipe dating back to the French colonial era in Pondicherry and Chandernagore, the house introduced Saffron Gin in 2008.

This unique creation blends botanicals, including saffron, macerated in wheat spirit before distillation, resulting in a striking orange-hued nectar that has captivated gin enthusiasts worldwide.

With its innovative spirit and dedication to craftsmanship, Gabriel Boudier continues to honor its heritage while pushing the boundaries of fine distillation.
