Frerejean Frères is a Champagne of exceptional character, celebrated for its complexity and elegance. Crafted from some of the finest parcels across the Côte des Blancs, the production process pays homage to the land with a low-chemical approach, minimal pesticide use, and low levels of sulfites in their cuvées.
Under the guidance of Chef de Caves Didier Pierson, who comes from a long lineage of growers in Avize, only the finest hand-selected grapes are used in the production of Frerejean Frères Champagnes. Each bottle undergoes an extended aging process of at least five years, with some cuvées maturing for up to twelve years. This dedication to aging allows for minimal dosage, letting the finest nuances of the terroir shine through.
Frerejean Frères Champagnes are the embodiment of luxury, precision, and patience. The three Frerejean brothers take their time, ensuring each bottle reflects their commitment to tradition, craftsmanship, and the unique character of the Côte des Blancs.
