Jean-François Bonneté, a French-American bi-national, grew up in the Bordeaux wine region of France, where he developed a lifelong passion for French wines and fine spirits.
Over the past 25 years, he has dedicated his career to sharing and educating professionals and consumers in the United States about France’s ancestral savoir-faire.
Together with his wife Nathalie, the Bonneté family owns vineyards located on the renowned Gunz Gravel terraces near Saint-Émilion, in the heart of Bordeaux’s world-famous wine region. The vineyards are ideally situated between the right bank of the Garonne River to the south and the left bank of the Dordogne River to the north.
With 280 hectares of organically cultivated vines, the Bonneté vineyards represent a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Committed to sustainable winegrowing practices, the vineyards are cultivated in an environmentally responsible manner, reflecting a deep respect for nature and a vision for the future.
Sustainability and excellence remain at the heart of every bottle produced, ensuring the legacy of Bordeaux winemaking endures for generations to come.
